here we are sitting in outback steakhouse. i did not want to appear vain in front of my fellow diners so i refused to rake my hand through my hair to adjust this 'slope' before this picture was taken. i felt i just had to grin and bear it.
mya was not in the mood for this picture, either. she is learning to love the camera as much as it loves her but from time to time 'their moods' clash and we end up with one of these 'no smiles'. nevertheless, the moment needed to be captured. this is my birthday dinner with my mom and dad. in fact, let's hear for my mom for photographing so well.
