this past week was bryan's spring break. i laugh at the word "break", because it was far from that. though classes took a week's reprieve, the need to scramble, play catch up as if it were possible, and work took priority. so this is how i comforted my lonely self one wednesday night, fudgy chocolate brownies which happen to be made with yogurt instead of oil and are extremely tasty, legit wine that i splurged on for such an occasion, and ruby red strawbs. american idol provided mind-blowing entertainment for the evening.
