betsy's baby shower

a few of my friends and i threw a baby shower, my first one, for one of our good friends here named betsy. this was so much fun. perhaps i missed my life's passion as an event organizer. though i asked betsy about 7 times if we could change the date, i felt like i had a good handle on things and my companions were stellar in their planning as well.

anyone who knows betsy knows her love for watermelon runs deep. so we decided to have a bit of a theme. thus, this big bowl and the watermelon cooler beverage, which was extremely refreshing. it was an honor to host a shower for such an amazing friend. we love you to bits, bets.
