these here are some good times with good friends. ashley and kevin had never visited saint louis before, except when kevin helped us move out here last summmer. we visited this great place in the central west end called 'brennans' and headed behind the counter to a door that led to their wine cellar as if it were a secret passage that the other customers didn't see. downstairs we discovered a line of whiskey bottles on tap, something i'd never seen before, dozens of ancient wine, and a great private spot to hang for the evening. it was like we were in our own private place. i kept waiting for little magical elves to pop out from behind the bar and start dancing and singing as if we were in some kind of rabbit hole. but it never happened. the guys who worked there seemed to be pretty normal.




this is a great picture below but if you imagine that it's the cover for some really bad christian rock band in the 80's then it's really a terrible picture. sorry guys. i made them pose.
