mya's antics

this is what molli was wearing as i happened upon her recently:

molli doesn't protest so really neither can i. my brother and i have incredible stories about the things we did to our mom's cat, duffle. dear duffle...upon his passing my brother simply said to me, 'lisa, if duffle has 9 lives we are in big trouble...' we put t-shirts and underwear on this cat and laughed ourselves sick while duffle walked in slow motion clearly unhappy with the constricted feeling of human clothing, we locked him in drawers and top shelves of closets, we put him in the dryer but we only let it go around one time, and i believe once duffle was gently tossed into the shower while it was on. now, neither of us are proud of these things, but i recount them as i watch mya dress up molli and i think, 'if this is the worst of it, molli is one lucky dog and mya is one kind kiddo.'
