this is where we'll be living this summer, Lord willing. this week, we have sent out letters to various churches asking for financial support as we intern at Christ the King, ("CTK"), in cambridge massachussettes. Click on the name to learn more about this great church.
our hope is to be in boston from june 1st to july 31st. we'd like to sublet our seminary housing to a great family. prayers that God would provide both the finances to live in the city for two months and someone to sublet our home would be much appreciated.
what will we do in boston for the summer? simply put: get to know the city, it's culture, and it's people. our main question at this time as we look to post seminary graduation is, is God calling us to plant a church in boston? we are grateful for the opportunity to work and learn alongside the folks at CTK. they have been gracious in allowing us to come be a part of their vision and we are excited to partake.
where will we live? we're not sure yet. first, we need to know if we can raise the necessary funds to live in the city. if we can't, we may live outside the city. God will provide all we need to know in due time.

Hi Lisa! We'll be praying for you guys as you transition to Boston this summer! My husband attended CTK for 3 years (1999-2002) while attending law school. We love that church and Cambridge.
How awesome! I love Boston (and I know you do too Lisa!) I know some folks who are moving up there to start a church this summer too!
