turns out everyone we know here is already quite familiar with this place of decadence. no one is turned away by the hefty price. at $3.00 a pop, these smaller than normal cupcakes are out of this world. you know you're indulging in decadence.

i'm not even a big fan of cake and frosting. i prefer warm chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven.

however, i got three just for me. don't judge me. prepare to drool. mochachino, which is dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, mocha butter-cream frosting, and chocolate covered espresso beans (pictured above). next, i devoured a chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake, filled with, you guessed it, cookie dough! it was topped with a delicious butter-cream and chocolate drizzle. lastly, i tried a chocolate brownie cupcake which was delicate and filled with caramel, topped with a small dab of chocolate butter-cream frosting and large slivers of chocolate bar balanced on top (two pictures above). MMMMMMMMMM.

And they make them fresh on site each morning with all natural ingredients, even gluten free options! Not pictured, was a mojito cupcake, the cake part soaked in rum and the butter-cream topped with fresh mint. we bought some for our friends who have been so good to us this summer.
holy moly. divine. there are so many girls who would have LOVED to join me. i truly wish you all could have been there. xo

I'm with you on not being a cake and icing person but those look divine.
